- Sizing: We do NOT recommend this style if you have extremely narrow OR wide feet.
- Medium width, true to size. These only come in whole sizes. If you are a half size, we suggest sizing down to the nearest whole size for narrow to normal width feet and sizing up to the nearest whole size for wide feet.
- If your foot is wider or the plastic feels tight, you may apply heat from a blow dryer for 10-30 seconds to help the plastic expand and stretch.
- Maintenance: Easy to clean insole! This insole can be wiped clean in just 60 seconds with some warm water and soap. It dries instantly and will look brand new.
